  1. Definitions

  • “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity booking or using our services.
  • “Service” refers to chauffeur-driven transportation, airport transfers, events, tours, golf transfers, and related services provided by Elite Chauffeur Service.
  1. Booking & Reservations
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Reservations can be made via our website, email, phone, or enquiry form.
  • A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from Elite Chauffeur Service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion if necessary.
  1. Pricing & Payments
  • All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and include the services specified at the time of booking.
  • Prices may vary depending on vehicle type, duration, distance, waiting time, and special requests.
  • Additional charges may apply for overtime, extra stops, last-minute changes, tolls, parking fees, or special services.
  • Full or partial payment may be required in advance to confirm your booking.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked and will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or in part.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the agreed cancellation terms.
  1. Changes to Bookings
  • Any changes to an existing booking (time, location, vehicle type, passenger count) must be communicated as soon as possible.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
  1. Chauffeur Responsibilities
  • Our chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed, insured, and experienced.
  • Chauffeurs will aim to arrive on time; however, Elite Chauffeur Service is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or events beyond our control.
  • Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service if passengers behave inappropriately, illegally, or unsafely.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients must provide accurate booking information, including pickup location, time, contact details, and passenger count.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Elite Chauffeur Service is not liable for lost or forgotten items.
  • Smoking, illegal substances, or dangerous behavior are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
  1. Luggage & Passenger Limits
  • Each vehicle has a maximum passenger and luggage capacity.
  • Excess luggage may result in the need for a larger vehicle or an additional charge.
  • Child seats or boosters must be requested in advance.
  1. Events, Corporate & VIP Services
  • For events, conferences, weddings, or VIP services, a dedicated coordinator may be assigned.
  • Additional vehicles, standby time, and special requirements may incur extra costs.
  • Final logistics must be confirmed prior to the event date.
  1. Liability
  • Elite Chauffeur Service shall not be held liable for delays, missed flights, or indirect losses due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
  • Clients are advised to allow sufficient travel time, especially for airport transfers and important events.
  1. Force Majeure

Elite Chauffeur Service is not responsible for service disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions.

  1. Website Use & Intellectual Property
  • All content on elite-chauffeur-service.com, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Elite Chauffeur Service.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
  1. Privacy & Data Protection
  • We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
